Downloads are available via email, in zip format and are usually processed immediately, once payment has been received, they will be available for download up to a limit of 5 times and within a five day time period, after this the downloads will no longer be accessible.
Due to the nature of our products no refunds are given.

DIGITAL CRAFT SHEETS AND KITS
By purchasing any of our products you are agreeing to use it for your own personal use and you must not copy or distribute it in any format. You may sell the printed, finished card or project that you make using these products directly to a customer, up to 150 items of any one design per year.
Please note that you cannot sell the craft sheet itself.

What is NOT allowed
1. You may NOT sell our clipart AS IS meaning you must create something with our clipart such as websets, crafts, embroidery, candy wrappers.
2. You may NOT recolorize or change our clipart in any means
3. You may NOT sell our graphics for RESELLING Purposes. (UNLESS IT IS PURCHASED FROM OUR RESALE CATEGORY)
What is allowed
1. You may use our clipart collections in your digital scrapbooking kits and creations, paper packs and elements, web design, web services, crafting, candy wrappers, embroidery, patterns
2. You may use our clipart to create printables or crafting projects
Please give credit for the clipart as stated in each graphics preview or in the included TOU, this should be placed in your terms of use, and on the page where the graphics are used.
Cheryl Seslar Special Edition Clipart Collections
You can use the Special Edition Collections for commercial & personal use (some restrictions apply)
You may: Create pintables, scrap kits, web graphics and sell them on your own website, eBay or Etsy.
You may NOT: Sell or give away anything you create at online craft markets or multi‐vendor websites as not to flood the market (per Cheryl Seslar).
We are a licensed reseller for Scrapbookingmad raw graphics by Cheryl Seslar so you must credit
Scrapbookingmad (www.scrapbookingmad.com) and include a link to both website (www.cherylseslardesigns.com) when using Special Edition Cheryl Seslar Designs Clipart Collections.
You may use our clip art graphics for pretty much anything as long as you incorporate the designs into another graphic that you create ‐ on a flattened background (no transparency).
This basically means you can't resell these graphics in their original format.
You must create something new with them.
They must be merged / flattened onto something else.
YOUR ACCOUNT OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of your use of the Site, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the checkout form for your account information (the "Account Information") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Account Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
