Why do I have to create an account?
Once you create an account with us, you will become a registered member of Crafty Card Making and be allocated a members shopping basket. This enables you to place products into your basket, which will be stored for you, until you decide to proceed to the checkout. You will have full control over your account details through "My Account", where you can subscribe/unsubscribe from our newsletter, view previous orders, change details & password etc.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes there is a minimum order value of £3.50
Can my order be zero rated?
We are not VAT regisitered, so we are unable to reduce our prices any further.
How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to your newsletter?
You may subcribe to our newsletter when you create an account or via "My Account". You can unsubscribe via the link in the newlsetter email.
How can I find out about special offers?
Special Offers will be posted in our Newsletter, but we will not bombard you with mail & we operate a strict NO SPAM policy. We usually send out 2 Newsletters a week one with our latest products and one with our sales products.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
So we can offer you the best prices we are an internet only shop, so unfortunately we do not have a shop you can visit.
What happens after I place an order?
You will receive an email notification of your order shortly after completing your order. If you do not receive this, first log into your account & check that your contents are not still in the basket. If your basket is clear please use the Support Ticket page, as your email address might have been entered incorrectly & we will not be able to contect you. It is important that you keep your details upto date to avoid problems with future orders. You will receive an email confirming receipt of payment from PayPal.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You will receive your order once payment has been received.
I haven't received my order yet. What shall I do?
If you don't receive an email within a few minutes of receiving your payment notification from PayPal please use the Support Ticket page.
I can't login it won't accept my password
Request a password rest, if that doesn't work delete cookies in your browser and try again.
What do I have to do to upload my design sheets?
You can join
by clicking on Designer Registration, and I will set your account up for you. Please make sure that you have read the designer terms
HERE.
How Can I Upload my Design Sheets and Artwork?
Please download our
designer instruction manual, it contains all the information you need to get you started.
How do I get Paid?
Your earnings are paid every month usually before the 5th of each month for earning for the previous month.
PayPal email address.
You must have a PayPal account to receive your money, if you already have an account the email address which you signed up with must be added to your PayPal account,
here's how to do it, this is the only email we will send payments to.
